It was a lovely day on Thursday 8th day of December, 2016, has different aromas were busy diffusing out of every nooks and cranny of the Home Economics laboratory. The school home management students show case their different cooking skills, preparing variety of meal, which include foreign delicacy.
Among the interesting event that took place in the laboratory was the capturing of Miss Okugo Ifunaya Merit, an Igbo girl, who prepared a Yoruba dish (Amala and Efo riro with meat).
Miss Adu Omoyemi Adefunke was not left out in the race has she also displayed a fantastic chef attribute, dishing out delicious white rice with beef, garnished with ripe fried plantain, decorated with vegetable. Her meal was also accompanied by chilled juice.

Mr Ogunleye Timilehin Ruben (Popularly known as Oko olobe), meaning the Male nutritionist.
The external supervisor Mrs Olutayo Hannatu commended the students for the good skills they displayed, and also gave kudos to their parents for supporting them. She referenced the parents of the participants in prayer.
The students (Participants) in a collective interrogation with the school press, however thanked the school principal, Dr (Mrs) V. I Makinde for the courtesy visit during the practical section, and for her support towards the growth of the department. They also chanted choruses of praise to their teacher, the Chief nutritionist of the institution, Mrs Nyalas for her motherly advice and support. Meal were served while students felicitate.
